    quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless mentioned

  • Nextrip is
    not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues or
    third-party systems.

3. Payments

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net
banking, and other RBI-authorized payment gateways.

4. User Conduct

You agree:

  • To provide
    accurate and complete information
  • Not to
    misuse the site or engage in fraud, spam, or abuse
  • To comply
    with applicable Indian laws and international travel regulations

5. Intellectual

Nextrip acts as an intermediary and shall not
be held liable for service failures, delays, or cancellations caused by
third-party providers.

& Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of
India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2025

We strive to offer transparent and fair
cancellation and refund policies in line with Indian consumer rights and
guidelines.

1. Cancellation
by Customer

  • Flights:
    Cancellations and refunds depend on the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets
    may be non-refundable.
  • Hotels: Vary by
    hotel policy. Please refer to the terms mentioned during booking.
  • Nextrip
    Service Fee:
    The service fee paid to Nextrip at the
    time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation policy
    of the travel provider.

2. Refund
Timelines

  • Refunds will
    be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are
    processed to the original payment method only within 5-7 working days.

  • UPI refunds
    may reflect sooner than credit/debit cards.

3. No-Show &
Last-Minute Cancellation

  • No refunds
    for no-shows or late cancellations unless allowed by the service provider.
  • Customers
    are advised to cancel at least 24–48 hours before the service to be
    eligible for partial refunds.

4. Force Majeure

Nextrip will not be liable for delays,
cancellations, or refunds caused by events beyond our control including natural
calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government advisories.

or Request Refund

You can cancel your booking or request a

Please mention your booking ID and reason for cancellation for quicker
processing.
